3 Battles



What I see today in our society is 3 major battles. It’s not that they haven’t existed before, they have, it’s just that they are being ramped up and intensified. 

The first battle is political. It comes across as a conflict between 2 different parties: Democrat vs. Republican, left vs. right, liberal vs. conservative, you know “same old same old’ where we simply agree to disagree and then go out for a beer. Tomorrow is another day and that, is when we get our opportunity and our friends across the aisle will assume the role of the subordinate. But is it really? Of course it’s a rhetorical question because the answer is a resounding NO and, that is why it’s a battle. I’ll explain.

The left (as I choose to call them) are not playing political games nor are they interested in relinquishing their accumulated power. On the contrary, they seek to spread their reach into every crevice and under every rock across this land as they centralize their ever growing power into this monstrosity of a federal government. They are stepping (and I’m being respectful here) all over the constitution and our founding principles. Theirs is an ideological quest and I’ll give them credit for not giving up the fight they believe in as they fundamentally transform the United States. 

The right (if you can call them that), how do they respond? By selling out, they either have no backbone or they have no clue, probably both. They have fallen prey to political correctness and media attacks and have discarded the conservative principles that made this country powerful in every regard. They have no fight, are losing ground and are becoming useless. Wow that’s harsh you say, maybe but it’s also true. If we want to regain our communities, economy and position of strength, we need strong conservative principled leaders with a vision who are willing to fight. It’s really that simple but the problem is that we cannot effectively change the political landscape without first rebuilding our society because it is the people of this society that vote for politicians and you can see the path we are on.

 The second battle is cultural. It’s still a government by, for and of the people is it not? And if it is then it’s these people who are responsible for electing representatives who reflect their views and ideals. Well, that is where the problem lies because we now have a society with no foundation or direction.

The non tolerant demand tolerance and the absolute truth is that there is no absolute truth. They believe in teaching and promoting evolution where a key principle is survival of the fittest and at the same time welcome homosexual relationships which ends up in extinction. They blow their trumpets against conservatives in a so called “war on women” while they align themselves with oppressive regimes that really do have a war on women. They like to pretend that guns are the problem in the killing of innocent children while simultaneously willingly murder millions of unborn via abortion cleverly sold as “choice”. They punish and wage a cultural war on productive members of society and then go on TV telling us that we can become successful. Unions have their members acting like they work for the unions while the exact opposite is true. We are a great nation and we are arrogant. We cannot drill for oil but we will fund Brazil and tell them that we will be their best customers. They support separation of church and state but not mosque and state. The media have the right to free speech but not Fox News. Vulgar TV hosts on CNN can say whatever they want but Rush Limbaugh has to apologize. I guess what’s good for the goose isn’t good for the gander, or is it the other way around? Who knows and apparently, no one cares either.

Are you getting the point? Do you see why there is so much confusion? Add to that the constant indoctrination via the media, academia, big labor, entertainment industry and politicians and we’ve got fundamental transformation. Did you know that our founding fathers and framers were: white, rich, racist men, (presumably all bad)? It used to be that these brilliant men (albeit not perfect) were revered for creating our founding documents. 

Ronald Regan said “a government big enough to give you all you want is also big enough to take away all you’ve got”. He also said that “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free”

Those quotes literally give me chills because he knew then what might come and I now see that it is well established. The questions that remain are: who will fight and for what will they fight? Is security more valuable than freedom? Do we live by principle or convenience? Do we have vision for the future or are we trapped by instant gratification? Are we in fact drowning in a sea of sinful desires dedicated to the satisfaction of our selfish lusts? Do we realize that God is standing at the door of our souls, wanting us to know Him as He already knows us or, is He simply an object of convenience? You see, we cannot rebuild a society without a foundation, it will not stand. We have rejected the one who offers hope, direction and guidance and that is why the 3rd and final battle is the most important and the one I am dedicated to. 

 The third battle is spiritual. This is the battle that you cannot see and yet it's also the one that is the ultimate in terms of significance. It encompasses the spectrum from the greatest of evil to the greatest of righteousness. without gaining ground in this battle, the other two battles are doomed to both failure and eventual destruction. This is the battle where everyone can make a difference, it's the battle for right vs. wrong, truth vs. lies, the battle that replaces deception with righteousness and the battle that will glorify His name because we were created by Him and for Him. 

If we continue to selectively accept or outwardly reject God, then we will be on our own, left to our own desires, each one with his own standards, endlessly scratching out insignificant victories only to lose them to one with a different standard. That reality offers continuously changing standards depending on who is talking and who is listening. What will you teach your children and what will be your legacy? If you read the previous 2 battles, you already know what the outcome of a Godless society is: confusion, chaos, destruction, death. Wouldn’t you like to just take some time to find out the truth of who God is and, who you are as a result? Isn’t it worth the time to put all your ideas on the shelf for a while and learn what He has to say? Since He is the creator, doesn’t it make sense that when He created everything He had a specific design in mind? If this is all true, don’t you want to make the best choice for yourself and those you love? One day, it will be you and The Lord, what will you say then?

There is good news, and that should make you happy. Happy because there is order, promise, direction, hope and guidance. And I know you’ve heard this before but repeating it never goes without purpose. And so here it is:

  • God lives (eternally in 3 persons: Father, son, Holy Spirit)
  • God loves (all that He created, that means me and it means you)
  • God judges (He is righteous we are not, and to not judge would be unrighteous)
  • God forgives (He has given our unrighteousness a path to forgiveness by the resurrection of the Son, all we have to do is to say yes to Jesus)

It's not what we do or how good we are, it's what He has already done for us and our acknowledgement of it. Then, it's about getting to know Him through prayer and reading His Word. It's a relationship with the living God.

The UN - Agenda 21



The UN, Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development.

Agenda 21 - Preamble
1.1. Humanity stands at a defining moment in history. We are confronted with a perpetuation of disparities between and within nations, a worsening of poverty, hunger, ill health and illiteracy, and the continuing deterioration of the ecosystems on which we depend for our well-being. However, integration of environment and development concerns and greater attention to them will lead to the fulfillment of basic needs, improved living standards for all, better protected and managed ecosystems and a safer, more prosperous future. No nation can achieve this on its own; but together we can - in a global partnership for sustainable development.

1.2. This global partnership must build on the premises of General Assembly resolution 44/228 of 22 December 1989, which was adopted when the nations of the world called for the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, and on the acceptance of the need to take a balanced and integrated approach to environment and development questions.

1.3. Agenda 21 addresses the pressing problems of today and also aims at preparing the world for the challenges of the next century. It reflects a global consensus and political commitment at the highest level on development and environment cooperation. Its successful implementation is first and foremost the responsibility of Governments. National strategies, plans, policies and processes are crucial in achieving this. International cooperation should support and supplement such national efforts. In this context, the United Nations system has a key role to play. Other international, regional and sub-regional organizations are also called upon to contribute to this effort. The broadest public participation and the active involvement of the non-governmental organizations and other groups should also be encouraged.

1.4. The developmental and environmental objectives of Agenda 21 will require a substantial flow of new and additional financial resources to developing countries, in order to cover the incremental costs for the actions they have to undertake to deal with global environmental problems and to accelerate sustainable development. Financial resources are also required for strengthening the capacity of international institutions for the implementation of Agenda 21. An indicative order-of-magnitude assessment of costs is included in each of the program areas. This assessment will need to be examined and refined by the relevant implementing agencies and organizations.

1.5. In the implementation of the relevant program areas identified in Agenda 21, special attention should be given to the particular circumstances facing the economies in transition. It must also be recognized that these countries are facing unprecedented challenges in transforming their economies, in some cases in the midst of considerable social and political tension.

1.6. The program areas that constitute Agenda 21 are described in terms of the basis for action, objectives, activities and means of implementation. Agenda 21 is a dynamic program. It will be carried out by the various actors according to the different situations, capacities and priorities of countries and regions in full respect of all the principles contained in the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development. It could evolve over time in the light of changing needs and circumstances. This process marks the beginning of a new global partnership for sustainable development.

Agenda 21 translation:
The UN has/will infiltrate every aspect of life in every nation. In other words, they will be playing God and seeking to eventually become the global governing body. And, those nations who will not cooperate with this master plan will be pressured or perhaps even mandated to do so. The UN will use a bottom up approach where local agencies and organizations will get their communities excited and ramped up to take on these initiatives. And what exactly are these initiatives? In short, they answer the question: how do we as a collective brotherhood of nations move forward in the arenas of Development and Ecosystem stewardship? In order for this to take place on a global scale, the wealthy will be footing the bill for the needy. The end result will be global redistribution of wealth and a green agenda like you read about leaving the masterminds and elites with the power, control and wealth. The intent is to begin right in our own community but, as this process continues and the monster needs to be fed, it will become a global power struggle. While this project may sound noble, things just don’t work this way. You see, we were created by God and He has the master plan. If we don’t consider Him in our own philosophies and decisions, they will be doomed for destruction. Stewardship of both our planet and relationships are exactly what we are called to do but the difference is that if we proceed in the name of the creation rather than in the name of the Creator, we loose. And, for those who design these master plans (Agenda 21 and the like), they will be held accountable to God for manipulating the masses and leading them away from Him.

Oh and by the way, humanity has stood in a defining moment in history since the original sin. This is nothing new and the rejection of God is nothing new either. The difference now is that we may in fact be at a real defining moment and it has nothing to do with Agenda 21 but rather everything to do with recognizing our need for a savior who in fact, is knocking at your door. Simply humble yourself and open that door. Over time, you will come to understand the issues of the day and place them in their proper perspective.

Our nature


Adam and Eve were sheep and by the way, so are we. They were being led right down the road to destruction. Yes their pride allowed them to act upon the perverted idea that they could be like God with knowledge of good and evil so they are guilty and sheep-like, sheeple. The difference between sheep and sheeple, is that human sheep have the ability to think, so in order to move them in a certain direction, it must make sense to them somehow or they must be tempted. 

Enter Satan, he does both with great desire and precision. He is the great deceiver and mastermind, a power hungry control oriented elitist acting as the shepherd, moving the flock this way and that. He needs to deceive and lie to the flock in order to convince them to move ultimately giving him the control he desires, to the extent that we allow him anyway. 

But he's not alone because sheeple are sinful in nature because they tend to reject the things of God out of pride and arrogance. I call this the “I think” syndrome where every thought, idea, or perception formed in the mind of man begins with “I think”. You know, people responding to a question of faith with: “well I think this or I think that” as though what they think has some kind of significance. No wonder history repeats itself, people are so prideful that “they think” their results will be different from their predecessors. Sometimes it is mere naiveté rather than purposeful but in either case, if our mind doesn’t begin with “what does God say” about any particular idea then it is in the end a rejection of God at some level. And that’s what gets us in trouble.  

Now sometimes we have sheeple who want to become masterminds themselves because they figure out that they can control the masses. They do the same things that Satan himself does and that is to deceive and tempt. Of course all of this is based in lies because it doesn't come from God. They find a way to repackage any issue of the day into something that is acceptable to the masses and off they go. This is where dictators come from both modern day and historically. Then we have the accomplices, you know like the media or thug union bosses or big corporate donors. These people will aid the mastermind and support the agenda because they are promised to be in the inner circle. They get recognition, wealth, power or any combination of these. They build the power structure and become the elitists (crony capitalists).


Read the following passage (Genesis ch. 11) and notice how these people were bent on using bricks instead of rocks and understand that bricks are man made and uniform while rocks are God made with each one unique. Though it may go unnoticed, there is tremendous significance just in that fact. Then notice their fate, that which happens to those masterminds who attempt to create their own "I think" utopia rather than simply looking to God for guidance and provision. And then ask yourself: Are we any different?

Genesis 11
At one time all the people of the world spoke the same language and used the same words. As the people migrated to the east, they found a plain in the land of Babylonia and settled there.
They began saying to each other, “Let’s make bricks and harden them with fire.” (In this region bricks were used instead of stone, and tar was used for mortar.) Then they said, “Come, let’s build a great city for ourselves with a tower that reaches into the sky. This will make us famous and keep us from being scattered all over the world.”
But the Lord came down to look at the city and the tower the people were building. “Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them! Come, let’s go down and confuse the people with different languages. Then they won’t be able to understand each other.”
In that way, the Lord scattered them all over the world, and they stopped building the city. That is why the city was called Babel, because that is where the Lord confused the people with different languages. In this way he scattered them all over the world.

Finally, understand that Babylon represents the epitome of godlessness and  idolatry. This became the civilization that took the Israelites captive from their own land and forced them to bow down to their false God's. Well, this is what happens to a nation that continues to reject God. He eventually allows their hardened hearts to control their lusts and gives their minds over to depravity. 

Romans 1:28-32

28 Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done. 29 Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. 30 They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents. 31 They refuse to understand, break their promises, are heartless, and have no mercy. 32 They know God’s justice requires that those who do these things deserve to die, yet they do them anyway. Worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too.

 If only sheeple would become individuals like they were created to be instead of trying to fit into a societal box of equality. Each with talents as designed by our Creator and in His image. Productively pursuing the passions that He gave us and for His glory instead of ours. If only that were the case then we wouldn't be following false shepherds but rather the Good Shepherd. There would be no need for agendas and masterminds, elitists and liars, control freaks and phonies. Wait a minute, we can, one person at a time can turn to God and ask for forgiveness and turn away from our wicked Godless ways. We can ask Him to reveal Himself in a way that we can understand and accept the gift of forgiveness and eternal life through the sacrificial death of Jesus. By the Holy Spirit we can come to an understanding that sin and death has been beaten by the resurrection. And the good news, the really good news is that you don't have to worry about earning your salvation because Jesus has already won that battle for you. Wow, that's compassion, that's love, that is the gift of gifts. Simply put your "I think" aside and just say yes to Jesus. That is the path, get on it and begin to grow in His ways. You will save your life and probably the lives of others. That, my friend is a legacy.

Post Election Summary



The hard reality is that as a result of this 2012 presidential election we now see that (conservatives) are finally outnumbered in the electorate. I actually sensed this for some time based on conversations with others, even brothers and sisters in Christ. I found it very frustrating and found myself asking God if I am arrogant because I can see so clearly what many others cannot.

The truth is that at least half of the electorate either doesn't understand or has been taught to hate conservatism or both. The proof as an example, found in exit polling, shows that 60% think our economy is bad yet they opt for Obama who presides over one of the worst economies ever. This shows that they don't see conservatism/capitalism as the option for them. As Rush put it yesterday, it's hard not to vote for Santa because while Santa gives them what they want, the other guy tells them that they can have what they want if they work hard. I guess the Romney 47% remark was in fact correct. Meanwhile, the rest of them have been trained to associate conservatism/capitalism with racist, bigoted, hateful, greedy people. No wonder it doesn't appeal to them. The interesting thing however is that they don't make the connection that they themselves would never want to volunteer giving up their stuff to another (redistribution) but it's perfectly fine to require that of others. Remember the occupiers who complained about their things being looted while demonstrating against the so called 1%? It’s funny how that works and even funnier that they don't see the connection. Meanwhile, the next generation is being indoctrinated in that same anti conservative/capitalism mind set with the centerpiece being the faux compassion standing as the new measuring stick of successful societal consciousness and the foundation to social justice.

The only thing that stands in the way of tyranny is liberty and the only way to get people to freely give up their liberty is to convince them that creating a society that is socially compassionate will bring peace. Who else but the government can get everybody to fall in line with this philosophy? And of course, those who don't are treated as haters even though they want to create an atmosphere for everyone to succeed. Who is the actual hater then? Consider any issue of the day and see how "compassion" so easily fits right into the core of the issue and think about how these issues are used by the left to push their agendas: abortion=woman's rights, amnesty=racism, voter ID=racism, gay marriage=love, tolerance=acceptance, class warfare=help the poor, all compassion centered. Stop for a minute and think about compassion. Where does it originate? Our creator because we were created in His image and He is compassionate. How did the progressives come to understand that compassion can fit into every argument to win men's souls? Satan. Therefore, what we have is an all out battle for men's souls. The good news is that the war has been won on the cross. 

Every kind of discrimination imaginable, manufactured-perceived-real, can be argued and/or sold as compassion.  And to help their cause even further, they will stretch or redefine the language to fit their agenda.  Again, the irony is that it doesn't apply to conservatives and the populous doesn't recognize the double standard. People are indeed just like sheep and it's no coincidence that scripture refers to Jesus as the Good Shepherd. I can see Satan's hand print all over this, it's so obvious. 

We all know the world likes to establish "grey area" in order to have some leeway but history shows that the leeway limits keep getting stretched to the point where people can no longer distinguish between right and wrong. Society is the proverbial frog in the pot and the left keeps turning up the heat without ever defining limits. Think about the battle cry that "the rich need to pay their fair share". When asked “what is their fair share”, there is no definition, it is left open to interpretation.  There is never an honest conversation regarding this subject therefore society will not understand the consequences of over taxing the rich (productive). 

It's both amazing and sad that people are willing to trade their liberties for this false peace (sold as all forms of compassion) but we were created with the desire for peace and if you don't understand that Jesus is the Prince of Peace, the ONLY path to peace, you are left open to every deception. In the end, they don't understand that they are in fact trading off their liberties nor will they find the peace they seek. We need to understand these things not as a matter of this issue or that perspective, but rather as an outright satanic deception aided by our own pride and sinful nature. We are in the midst of a spiritual battle that is raging all around us. The American dream was/is a great gift that enabled a tremendously productive society. But if we move from our founding principle of "one nation under God" then we end up as a divided nation without God's blessings. And I believe we have arrived exactly at that point. Put yourself in God’s place (if you dare) and consider these things: abortion, gay marriage, premarital sex, a lying and misleading press, yes to evolution but no to creation, kicking God out of our society, confusing acceptance of sin for love, government that seeks to control its people, making global warming into a religion, all other forms of idolatry, when all else fails make the issue of the day into an issue of compassion. Now, put your own thoughts aside and ask yourself how God would respond to these. Finally, compare that result with what God actually says in scripture to find the truth. There are no grey areas in these matters and if you want to continue to deceive yourself or worst yet deceive others, you will have an eternal price to pay. I’m sorry but that is the truth. The good news is that while we are ALL sinners, we have been forgiven by the shedding of the blood of Christ on the cross. All we have to do is to say yes to Jesus and grow in that new found relationship. Now that is compassion. Remember, your lifespan is but a minute blip on the eternal timeline.

We need to repent (turn away from our sin) by the power of the Holy Spirit both individually, and as a nation. It has become very clear that staying in the Word and in prayer is what we need to do every day, like a modern day Paul or John the Baptist. Standing for Christ is our primary responsibility in balance with fighting for conservative principles because that is how the nation needs to work, productive and creative, just as we were created. We cannot be or become the lukewarm church in Revelation 3: 13-22. Remember that Jesus promised to either acknowledge or disown us before His Father in heaven if we do likewise with men here on Earth (MT 10:32-33).

May God have mercy on us and may we walk with The Lord in these turbulent times. The final chapter has already been written but we only see the pages of history turning one moment at a time. Do not loose focus, remember the great saints of scripture. The reward is indeed great.
